magAssist partners up with Soochow University to build a joint laboratory on smart artificial organs

The Mechanical and Electrical Engineering School of Soochow University held a seminar and a plaque unveiling ceremony to celebrate its cooperation with magAssist on May 24, 2021, as both sides are planning ahead for the 14th Five-Year Plan period. Mingrong Shen, Vice President of Soochow University and Member of the Standing Committee of the school's Party Committee, Yongqian Wei, Division Chief of the Laboratory and Equipment Management Department, Fangtao Liu, Deputy Division Chief of the Educational Affairs Department, Jing Liu, Vice President of the Graduate School of Soochow University, Hong Zi, Deputy Division Chief of the Foreign Exchange and Cooperation Department, Ninghui Yang, Deputy Director of the Discipline Development Office, Lining Sun, Dean of the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering School of Soochow University, Yufeng Jiang, Deputy General Manager of magAssist, as well as staff and professors from the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering School attended the event.Luqing Liu, Secretary of the school's Party Committee presided over the ceremony.

At the ceremony, Mingrong Shen presented the plaque to magAssist and extended his congratulation and support for the school-enterprise cooperation. Such cooperation was carried out with readiness at the start of the 14th Five-Year Plan period and under the form of a joint laboratory on smart artificial organ.
